Meetingsand guided tours
Meetings are organized on the Mose, with the presentation of the Intervention Plan for the protection of Venice and its lagoon and technical visits to the control room in the Arsenale.

Meetings can be organized in Italian and English at the North Arsenal for groups of 10-20 people. It is also possible to organize presentations online and webinar on specific issues.

Mose and the international community
The Mose represents a cutting-edge technological work, unique of its kind that is watched with interest by many countries, committed to identifying solutions for defense against the effects of climate change.
To implement the exchange of information and know-how within the international technical-scientific community, the networks and opportunities for meetings between research and training institutes are fundamental.
Summer School MIT-IUAV
Three editions of the Summer School on the Mose were held, promoted by the Provveditorato per le Opere Pubblici del Triveneto and the Venezia Nuova Consortium together with the IUAV University of Venice and the MIT - Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston. The initiative was created to spread the technical and scientific knowledge related to Mose also through dialogue and exchange with universities and the territory. The school was based in the construction site for the construction of the high water defense barriers of the Mose at the Malamocco harbor entrance and the accessory workers' village, located on the island of Pellestrina.
I-STORM Network
Mose is part of the I-Storm Network (International Network for Storm Surge Barriers) whose purpose is to expand and exchange know-how and knowledge in the field of construction and management of coastal defense systems, in order to achieve the best operating standards. In addition to Italy with Mose (Consorzio Venezia Nuova and Provveditorato Interregionale OO.PP.), the United Kingdom with the UK Environmental Agency, Holland with Rijkswaterstaat, the United States with USACE United States are part of the network. Corps of Engineers.
Each year there is a meeting between the participants, in 2019 the Annual Meeting was held in Venice.
BES-Net
Mose is a partner of BES-Net (Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services Network) and is present as a case study on the website within the online database dedicated to examples of resilient ecosystems. BES-Net is part of the United Nations Development Program; promotes the dialogue between knowledge and practices, in order to develop sustainable management models of biodiversity and ecosystem services around the world.
